These snowflakes are made by me, in my home glass studio. They have been fired and annealed in a programmable kiln and should last for years. That said, they are glass and will not like being dropped on a hard surface or "bent". Please treat and store them appropriately. Avoid placing them where young chidren or pets can reach.

—Packaging—
Each snowflake comes with its own ribbon hanger (ribbon colors will vary*) and an extra hanger of clear monofilament (fishline) in case you prefer the floating-in-air look. They are packaged in a natural craft gift box (recycled and recyclable) with my logo sticker, recycle and donation sticker, and a business card (no prices). Carefully padded and wrapped in bright colored tissue paper for protection. Boxed and padded again for shipping, only the most determined elephant should be able to break anything.

*If you need a specific color of ribbon (blue for Hanukkah) let me know in the notes section as you check out and I’ll do my best. The colors of ribbon I currently have are white, antique white, medium blue, teal, and green (sorry, red is back-ordered).

—Donations - Save Our Oceans!—
3% of your entire purchase price for each item will be donated to saving our oceans and ocean cleanup. This is a cause very dear to my heart (Dad was a sea captain and I grew up by the Pacific Ocean). It is also an effort that will benefit the whole planet and all of its people.

—Shop Policies—
Returns and Cancelations - Cancelations are allowed up until the time you receive your shipping notice, then it is sent off and I no longer have the ability to stop it. Returns or exchanges are allowed if I’m notified within 14 days of delivery and the item is returned, in its original condition, within 21 days of delivery. Should something arrive damaged, let me know immediately and we will get it taken care of.

But in a nutshell, I offer Free Shipping on orders that total $35.00 or over (from my shop) and a calculated rate for all other orders.
